Rent outdoor event space and provide everything you need. You will have access to:

  • 5 Grass Tiki Huts
  • Eight Pinic Benches
  • Large BBQ Grill
  • At least one bathroom
  • 30 secure parking spaces  


You will be responsible for set up,  breakdown and clean up. Do not worry we are are not leaving you hanging.  One of our staff members will be on hand to assist you should you need it.



  • This is a 4 hour rental. As a courtesy you have one hour to set up and one hour to break down. There is a $100.00 per hour fee for anytime before or after the one hour Set up and breakdown times. A $500.00 deposit is required upon signing of contract and will be returned within 72 hours of rental completion. If you need more than 4 hours of party time please email us at
